Ordering & Minimum Quantities
Our standard minimum order quantity is 1 metric ton (MT) per kernel style. For first-time buyers looking to evaluate our quality, we also offer trial packs in 25 lb cartons.
We offer 7 kernel styles: Style 0 (Ultra Premium Wholes), Style 1 Large (Large/Standard Wholes), Style 1 Small (Standard Wholes), Style 4 Large (Premium Halves), Style 4 Small (Halves), Style 5 (Screened Chipsets 7–9 mm), and Style 6 (Screened Chipsets 5–7 mm).
Yes, we accommodate mixed-style orders subject to per-style MOQs. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements.
30% advance payment upon order confirmation, with the balance payable against shipping documents (Bill of Lading). We accept wire transfers (T/T) and irrevocable Letters of Credit.

We trade under FOB Mombasa, CIF, CFR, and EXW terms depending on buyer preference and destination.
Typical lead time is 7–14 working days from confirmed order and advance payment receipt to dispatch from our facility.
We export across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Our products meet import requirements for all major markets.
Kernels are nitrogen-flushed and vacuum-sealed in food-grade laminated pouches, packed into 25 lb (11.34 kg) cartons. Shelf life is 24 months from date of production when stored correctly.
Quality & Certifications
We are FSSC 22000 certified, hold an AFA (Agriculture & Food Authority) export licence, a Public Health certificate, and are registered with DOSH (Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health).
Yes. Every batch is tested for aflatoxin levels in accordance with ISO 16050, maintaining levels below 10 µg/kg — well within EU and international regulatory limits.
Yes. We provide 200 g samples free of charge for established and prospective buyers. Courier costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Not yet. We are actively exploring organic certification and expect to offer certified organic lines in the near future. Many of our smallholder farmers already use minimal chemical inputs.
